It’s been a little over 3 months on the treatment and I’m so relieved. I’m 44 and didn’t know what was going on with me. It seems like the day I turned 40 I just started gaining weight no matter what. I couldn’t sleep. I was irritable, forgetful, so emotional, and developed vertigo. I didn’t realize I was having hot flashes at night, just thought I was a hot sleeper. I thought I’d try Winona and now all my symptoms are gone! I was surprised my hip pain was relieved too! I was told I sprained my hips from carrying heavy babies, but low and behold it was part of perimenopause. I’m so grateful for Winona.
